I just adopted a couple kittens so Khajiit builds catch my eye but this is well executed and written. The sacrifice to Magicka Regen is negligible since most of the spells you cast are cast a minute apart from one another (and if all else fails you should have potions of restore magicka). Frenzy spells are going to be one of our main sources of chaos and debauchery.
